A delightful twist on traditional tiramisu using strong brewed chai tea for a warm, spiced flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 cup strong brewed chai tea
- 10 ladyfingers
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Brew the chai tea and let it cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold into the mascarpone mixture.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger in the cooled chai tea, ensuring they are moist but not soggy.
- In serving cups, layer soaked ladyfingers followed by the creamy mixture, repeating until filled.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least four hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust cocoa powder on top and enjoy!

- For best flavor, allow the tiramisu to chill overnight.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar as desired.
