Description

A delightful twist on traditional tiramisu using strong brewed chai tea for a warm, spiced flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed chai tea
  • 10 ladyfingers
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Brew the chai tea and let it cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Quickly dip each ladyfinger in the cooled chai tea, ensuring they are moist but not soggy.
  5. In serving cups, layer soaked ladyfingers followed by the creamy mixture, repeating until filled.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least four hours or overnight.
  7. Before serving, dust cocoa powder on top and enjoy!
