Description

A warm and comforting mulled cider infused with spices and fruits.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • ¼ cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 small orange (sliced into thick rounds)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 star anise
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add the apple cider, cranberries, orange slices, cinnamon stick, star anise, and maple syrup to a medium saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  3. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  4. Strain if desired and pour into mugs.
