Description

A delicious crock pot recipe featuring tender chicken and flavorful potatoes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 chicken breasts with bone in
  • 6 red potatoes, chopped
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 lemons, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Place the potatoes at the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Add the chicken on the top. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic.
  3. Squeeze the lemons over the chicken.
  4. Top with the butter.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  6. Meanwhile, mix the cornstarch with the half and half.
  7. 30 minutes before serving, stir in the crock pot.
  8. Spoon sauce over the chicken and potatoes and serve.
