- 5 chicken breasts with bone in
- 6 red potatoes, chopped
- ½ cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 3 lemons, juiced
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 cup half and half
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Instructions
- Place the potatoes at the bottom of the crock pot.
- Add the chicken on the top. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic.
- Squeeze the lemons over the chicken.
- Top with the butter.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Meanwhile, mix the cornstarch with the half and half.
- 30 minutes before serving, stir in the crock pot.
- Spoon sauce over the chicken and potatoes and serve.
