Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Add the Cheese: Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a border for the crust. Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses evenly over the ricotta layer.
- Add the Sausage: Distribute the crumbled sausage evenly over the cheese.
- Season the Pizza: Drizzle olive oil over the top. Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper evenly over the pizza.
- Bake the Pizza: Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and browned.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley. Cut into slices and serve hot.
