Description

A delicious cheesy refried bean bake that is perfect as a dip or a side dish!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  • 1¾ cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (divided)
  • ½ cup salsa
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • pickled jalapenos (and sliced green onions, for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375℉.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the refried beans, 1 cup of the shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream, and taco seasoning.
  3. Transfer mixture to a 2-quart baking dish. Spread remaining cheese overtop.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and cheese is melted.
  5. Top with pickled jalapenos and sliced green onions if desired.
