Description

These delicious cream cheese roll-ups are a perfect appetizer or snack for any occasion!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 ounce ranch dressing mix
  • 2 green onions (minced)
  • 4 flour tortillas (12 inch – Can use colored ones)
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper (diced small)
  • ¼ cup green bell pepper (diced small)
  • ½ cup celery (diced small)
  • ¼ cup black olives (sliced and diced)
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese (grated)

Instructions

  1. In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and green onions.
  2. Spread the mixture on each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle red and green pepper, celery, black olives, and cheddar cheese over the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Roll up the tortillas, then wrap them tightly in aluminum foil or plastic wrap.
  5. Chill 2 hours or overnight.
  6. Cut off the ends of the rolls and discard.
  7. Slice the chilled rolls into 1 inch wide slices and serve.

Notes

  • These roll-ups can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
