Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crepe Batter:
    • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs.
    • Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine.
    • Add the salt and melted butter; beat until smooth.
  2. Cook the Crepes:
    • Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat.

    • Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.

    • Loosen with a spatula, flip and cook the other side.

    • Fold the crepe in half and then fold again to form a triangle.
