Instructions
- Prepare the Crepe Batter:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs.
- Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine.
- Add the salt and melted butter; beat until smooth.
- Cook the Crepes:
- Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat.
- Pour or scoop about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan.
- Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.

- Loosen with a spatula, flip and cook the other side.
- Assemble the Crepes:
- Spread a tablespoon of Nutella evenly on one side of each crepe.

- Serve immediately with whipped cream on the side if preferred.
Notes
- Ensure the batter is smooth for best results; sift the flour beforehand if necessary.
- Rest the batter for about 15-30 minutes for tender crepes.
- Adjust the pan heat as needed to avoid burning the crepes.
- Try adding a splash of vanilla extract to the batter for extra flavor.
- Use ripe but firm bananas for the best texture and sweetness.
