Description

Delicious and healthy peanut butter oat bars perfect for a quick snack!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Honey
  • 3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup Vegan Mini-Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Line a 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a medium sauce pan, stir together peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until melted.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in oats until well combined.
  4. Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle mini-chocolate chips on top.
  5. Place in refrigerator until firm. Once firm, cut into bars.

  • For best results, ensure mixture is completely mixed before pouring into the pan.
