Delicious and healthy peanut butter oat bars perfect for a quick snack!
Ingredients

- 2 cups Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Honey
- 3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 cup Vegan Mini-Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Line a 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a medium sauce pan, stir together peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until melted.
- Remove from heat and mix in oats until well combined.
- Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle mini-chocolate chips on top.
- Place in refrigerator until firm. Once firm, cut into bars.

- For best results, ensure mixture is completely mixed before pouring into the pan.
- Storage: Keep refrigerated for a longer shelf life.
