Description

Delicious and healthy overnight oats with fresh berries


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Flaxseed
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Berries

Instructions

  1. Place the oats in the bottom of a 12-ounce mason jar and then add the flaxseed, cinnamon, and salt, and stir.
  2. Add the maple syrup and vanilla extract, and then add the almond milk and stir well.
  3. Add fresh berries to the top, screw a lid on the jar, and place in the fridge.
  4. Allow the oats to chill overnight, or at least 8 hours.
  5. Top with your favorite toppings or berries and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use any variety of fresh berries for topping.
  • Can add nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
