- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 0 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment for easy cleanup.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Rub each piece with olive oil.
- Sprinkle seasoning all over chicken, including under the skin.
- Arrange chicken skin-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes until skin is golden and internal temp is 165°F.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving to lock in juices.
