Description

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate sauce (for drizzling)
  • 12 eclair shells (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together whole milk and instant vanilla pudding mix until combined. Let sit for about 2 minutes until thickened.
  2. Stir in eggnog until fully incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in whipped topping until well mixed but still fluffy.
  4. In a rectangular dish, layer half of the eclair shells at the bottom.
  5. Pour half of the eggnog mixture over them evenly.
  6. Repeat with another layer of eclair shells followed by the remaining eggnog mixture, smoothing it out.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, drizzle chocolate sauce on top and enjoy!
