- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 (3 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
- 1 cup chocolate sauce (for drizzling)
- 12 eclair shells (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together whole milk and instant vanilla pudding mix until combined. Let sit for about 2 minutes until thickened.
- Stir in eggnog until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in whipped topping until well mixed but still fluffy.
- In a rectangular dish, layer half of the eclair shells at the bottom.
- Pour half of the eggnog mixture over them evenly.
- Repeat with another layer of eclair shells followed by the remaining eggnog mixture, smoothing it out.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, drizzle chocolate sauce on top and enjoy!
Notes
- For best results, make the dessert a day ahead of time to allow flavors to meld.
- You can substitute different flavors of pudding for a unique twist.
