A simple and quick recipe for cooking rice using an Instant Pot.
Ingredients

- 3 cups white rice
- 3 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Place everything in the Instant Pot.
- Add the lid and set the valve to sealing.
- Set the pressure for 3 minutes.
- Allow it to do a natural release for 15 minutes. Then do a quick release.
- Fluff with a fork and serve.
Notes
- Make sure to rinse the rice before cooking for better texture.
