Description

A quick and easy recipe for steaming corn on the cob using an Instant Pot.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 46 ears corn on the cob (fresh or frozen with husk removed)
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Put a trivet or vegetable steamer basket in the bottom of your Instant Pot.
  2. Pour your water into your pot.
  3. Place your frozen or fresh corn in the cobs (ours were cut in half) into your pot and close lid and steam valve.
  4. Set to pressure high for 3 minutes for fresh or frozen, ours were cut in half and frozen.
  5. Do a natural release for 1 minute, then a quick release when done and serve immediately for best results.

Notes

  • Cutting the corn in half helps it fit better into the pot.
