Description

A delicious eggnog pie, perfect for the holidays.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup Bisquick baking mix
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups eggnog
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted and cooled slightly)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg (plus more for garnish)
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, Bisquick, salt, and spices.
  3. Add eggs, eggnog, melted butter, and vanilla. Whisk together.
  4. Pour into the prepared pie plate.
  5. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until the center is just set and a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  6. Cool completely before slicing. Serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
