A delicious eggnog pie, perfect for the holidays.
Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup Bisquick baking mix
- ¼ tsp salt
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups eggnog
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted and cooled slightly)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg (plus more for garnish)
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, Bisquick, salt, and spices.
- Add eggs, eggnog, melted butter, and vanilla. Whisk together.
- Pour into the prepared pie plate.
- Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until the center is just set and a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Cool completely before slicing. Serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
