Description

A delicious recipe for honey mustard marinated chicken tenderloins.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lb chicken tenderloins
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground mustard powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients into a medium sized bowl.
  2. Add chicken tenders and toss to coat.
  3. Marinate for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Add in the chicken tenders.
  6. Cook on each side for 3 – 4 minutes or until fully cooked through.

Notes

  • For best flavor, marinate the chicken longer if time allows.
  • Serve with your choice of sides.
