Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, and chopped herbs until smooth.
- Arrange mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet and fill each with the cheese mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then top with sour cream before serving.
