Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Crust
    1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
    2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well-combined.
    3. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
    4. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  2. Cookie Dough
    1. In a large bowl, mix softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
    2. Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract and mix well.
    3. Gradually add flour and mix until combined.
    4. Stir in mini chocolate chips.
    5. Shape some dough into small balls for decoration and set aside the rest.
  3. Cheesecake Filling
    1. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and the remaining vanilla extract until smooth.
    2. Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form.
    3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
    4. Divide the prepared cookie dough into small balls and fold them into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Assembly
    1. Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust, smoothing the top.
    2. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
  5. Decoration
    1. Before serving, top the cheesecake with the set-aside cookie dough balls.
    2. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
