- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped cranberries, ½ cup pecans, honey, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands or a spatula.
- Roll the ball in extra chopped pecans to coat evenly.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 1–2 hours to firm up.
- Serve with crackers, bread slices, or fresh vegetables.
