Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick and cut into small squares.
- In a bowl, mix together cottage cheese, shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
- Place about one tablespoon of the filling in the center of each dough square. Fold over and pinch edges to seal.
- Arrange filled bites on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
