- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped; optional)
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Place the sliced kielbasa, fresh green beans, halved baby potatoes, and chopped onion into your slow cooker, creating a colorful base for this comforting dish.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper over the layered ingredients.
- Pour the low-sodium chicken broth evenly over the mixture, ensuring all ingredients are well-coated. Distribute the butter pieces on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours until potatoes are tender.
- About halfway through cooking, gently stir the mixture to blend the flavors.
- Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
