Description

A delicious cherry tea latte with a touch of vanilla and optional cinnamon.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cherry tea (1 tea bag or 1 tsp loose leaf)
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk (any variety: whole, almond, oat)
  • 12 tsp sugar or sweetener (to taste)
  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Brew the cherry tea by boiling water and steeping the tea bag for about 5 minutes.
  2. In your favorite mug, add the vanilla extract.
  3. Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until steaming but not boiling.
  4. Remove the tea bag from the brewed tea and pour it into the mug over the vanilla extract. Stir well.
  5. Slowly whisk in the warmed milk until frothy.
  6. Sweeten to taste with sugar or sweetener and optionally sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.

Notes

  • This recipe can be adjusted for sweetness based on personal preference.
  • For a stronger flavor, use loose leaf tea and steep for 7 minutes.
