- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh tomatoes

Instructions
- Prepare the Beef: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
- Cook the Meat: Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Season the Beef: Stir in taco seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Add 1/4 cup water. Simmer until thickened.
- Assemble Tacos: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place taco shells on a baking tray. Spoon beef mixture into each shell.
- Add Cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over the beef in each taco.
- Bake Tacos: Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Finish Tacos: Top tacos with salsa, fresh tomatoes, and jalapeños for extra flavor.
