Description

A delicious and healthy protein ice cream made with Fairlife milk and protein powder.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Fairlife chocolate milk
  • 1 scoop (30g) chocolate protein powder (like Clean Simple Eats)
  • 1 tablespoon dry chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup Fairlife Core Power Vanilla Protein Shake
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder (like Clean Simple Eats)
  • 1 tablespoon dry vanilla pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ice cream base ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth with no lumps in the mixture.
  2. Pour the ice cream mixture into the Ninja Creami pint ice cream container. Tightly secure the lid and place it in the freezer for 12-24 hours.
  3. Once the ice cream mixture is ready, remove the lid, place the container into the Ninja Creami outer container, secure it according to your creami instructions and select “lite ice cream”.
  4. Once the first spin is done, you will need to do a “re-spin”. If the mixture looks dry, I like to add a splash of milk to loosen it up before you respin.
  5. Then place the outer bowl lid back on, secure your ice cream, and select “re-spin”.
  6. If you like you can add any mix-ins you prefer. We added some mini peanut butter cups to the chocolate base and Oreos to the vanilla base and it was amazing. Add the mix-ins in the hole formed in the center of your ice cream, cover, and spin by selecting the “mix-ins” button.
  7. Top with more toppings and enjoy!
