A refreshing mixed berry smoothie that is healthy and delicious.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup tofu
- 1 cup orange juice
- ice
Instructions
- Add the berries, tofu, and orange juice to a heavy-duty blender. Cover and process until smooth.
- Add a couple of ice cubes at a time until your desired consistency is reached. (If you need to thin out the smoothie a bit, add a splash of OJ and blend again.)
- Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh berries, if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thicker smoothie, use frozen berries.
- Adjust sweetness by adding honey or agave syrup if desired.
