A delicious and creamy cake made with Greek yogurt and sweetened condensed milk.
Ingredients

- 1¾ cups + 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (can substitute with flavored Greek yogurt or plain yogurt)
- 1 cup Sweetened condensed milk (approx.)
- 5 tbsp All purpose flour (can substitute with 2½ tbsp cornstarch)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 177°C or 350°F.
- Add Greek yogurt and sweetened condensed milk to a large mixing bowl.
- Sift all purpose flour into the bowl and mix everything together super well so there are no clumps.
- Line a cake pan with parchment paper and pour the batter into the prepared tin.
- Bake for about 40 to 45 minutes. Let cool before serving.
Notes
- This cake can be topped with fresh fruit or a light glaze for added sweetness.
- For a gluten-free option, use cornstarch instead of flour.
