Ingredients
- 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz semisweet chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes

Preheat and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.

Make the Crust: In a bowl, combine Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly onto the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool.
